• Responsible to execute the project in accordance with the signed contract.
• Responsible for maintenance, repair, and service of equipment s for offshore/ onshore equipment’s.
• Analysis of repetitive equipment failures.
• Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives.
• Forecasting of spare parts.
• Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when due.
• Immediate Trouble shooting of faults.
• Assist with preparation and mobilization of equipment s.
• Application of scheduling and project management principles to replacement programs.
• Ensuring that the quality of work is achieved economically and ergonomically.
• Ensuring that non conformances and corrective action systems are in place.
• Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain company’s flotilla and keep in operational condition at all times.
• Keep the documentation proper and validated at all times.
• Report and carryout assigned job at project sites.
• Management & Planning for execution of repair work and new installations.
• Preparation of Weekly and monthly equipment status and appraising Management with planning, repair schedule etc.
• Preparation of Documents for preventive and maintenance.
• Daily/ periodic inspection for any possible faults in equipment s.
• Prepare and keep the history sheet of equipment to know the health record of equipment s Ensure adherence to ISO and HSE standards and procedures related to work area.

• Project Planning & Control: Develop project schedules, track progress, and analyze deviations.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and manage client invoices and subcontractor billing as per contract terms.
• Contract Management: Review contracts, track variations, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with site teams, clients, and internal departments for seamless execution.
• MIS & Documentation: Maintain project reports, payment records, and ensure proper documentation.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in project planning & Billing.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Design & Drafting: Perform design calculations, work on AutoCAD for Isometric, GA drawings, P&ID, and other civil drawings.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Implement quality control processes, ensure compliance with ISO, HSE, and project specifications, and handle corrective actions.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and manage quality assurance plans, ITPs, job procedures, FQPs, method statements, and necessary approvals.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Verify contractor requirements, review vendor documentation, and coordinate with design teams for timely completion.
• Project Execution Support: Monitor project progress, prepare BOQ/BOM, perform audits, and provide technical assistance.
• Technical Review & Approval: Check in-house/vendor drawings, review engineering documents, and ensure adherence to Indian & international codes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Attend design review meetings, coordinate with site teams, and ensure timely resolution of project-related tasks.
• Assist with preparation and mobilization of equipment s.

• Provide technical assistance and support for ongoing EPCC projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Assist in the coordination of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports on project status for MD and senior management.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other technical materials.
• Technical Documentation:
• Prepare and review technical documents, including feasibility studies, project proposals, engineering designs, and technical specifications.
• Assist in reviewing engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and project updates with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for improving project execution, workflows, and efficiency in EPCC operations.
• Assist in streamlining technical processes and procedures across the organization.
• Administrative Support:
• Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for technical documents and communications.
• Risk Management:
• Assist in identifying project risks and challenges, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all technical aspects comply with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols.
